Here, you can easily report a claim if you have an insurance linked to your card.

Report illness, injury or damage during your trip, delayed luggage and cancellation of a planned trip due, for example, to illness.

To report claims, you must provide

  • Card number
  • Information on travel companions
  • Description of cause
  • Documentation of your trip and your expenses, e.g. medical records, travel receipts and receipts for your expenses
  • PIR report if your luggage is delayed
  • In connection with cancellation, information on the amount refunded for the trip by the travel organiser
  • Account number in order for money to be paid out


When you have submitted your claim, you will receive a confirmation from us via e-mail.
